Our mission is to help support disadvantaged youth throughout the world in order to improve their quality of life and give them hope for a better future. We help to solve social problems by building faith, spiritual values, entrepreneurship, and understanding of the Free Enterprise system.

- Our Value Proposition is what we provide and how we fulfill our purpose:
- Provide youth with love, acceptance, appreciation, and recognition (that they would
not otherwise receive at home, from their community, or peer group) - Teach skills in business, entrepreneurship, and project development.
- Offer the opportunity to generate income from their efforts and gain the experience
and knowledge needed to become productive and successful adults.
While other organizations provide various services for disadvantaged youth, BizKidz projects provide what we feel is our Competitive Advantage...an affirming environment that nurtures both creativity and long-term practical skills. Our BizKidz Model emphasizes self-worth, self-sufficiency, personal responsilbility, and entrepreneurship.
- What We Do:
- Instill ethics, teach spiritual values, and build character.
- Employ the Four-Way Test, of the things we think, say, or do.
- Provide business education.
- Teach the principles of business management such as financing, marketing, and other knowledge needed for successful business ventures.
- Provide human and financial resources to ensure success.
Our Operational Model:
The BizKidz Board of Directors reviews, selects, funds, and directs projects that fulfill our purpose, our value proposition, and demonstrate the potential to become self-sufficient through business proceeds and/or long-term funding from partners.
