Bob Hand is an engineering graduate of
Lafayette College and has worked in engineering and research for more than 17 years. He has
spent more than 20 years in sales, marketing and business management. Most recently, he has been a consultant in Lean

years of planning and collaboration by Bob Hand, of Colorado Springs, CO, and Darci Garcia de Melo, of Piumhi, MG, Brazil.

Juan has more than twenty years experience as founder, developer, and executive director of the Fatherhood Foundation in Colorado Springs.
